Our Mission

At Trust My Group, our mission is to empower resilience by embedding data-driven financial protection into the core of business operations. We help the travel industry and wider financial sectors meet compliance demands, manage risk effectively, and achieve sustainable growth.

We are a large global team with offices in the UK, Canada, Spain, South Africa, USA, and UAE. With progressive technology and a performance-led approach, we deliver solutions that keep transactions secure, protect customers, and give businesses the confidence to grow in an ever-changing financial landscape.

Our Story

2011

Will Plummer and Matt Bush founded Qubotic Ltd, starting with a vision to reshape how technology could support the travel industry. What began as a reservation platform was the first step in building something bigger.

2012

Trust My Travel was incorporated. Seeing a gap in the market, Will and Matt launched a low-cost trust account solution to help travel companies comply with Package Travel Regulations, making financial protection more accessible.

2013

Guided by demand from the industry, Trust My Travel began evolving into a full payment protection provider. This marked the start of its transformation into a business built on innovation and resilience.

2015

Sami Doyle joined the team as Business Development Manager, bringing new energy to support our growing ambitions.

2016

We introduced multi-currency pay-in and pay-out capabilities, helping travel businesses manage cross-border payments with greater ease and efficiency.

2018

Sami Doyle became COO as the team expanded to 15 people. Together, we were building the infrastructure to support global growth.

2019

The Infinity Platform was launched, combining payment processing with integrated risk analysis — a major step forward in our mission to blend protection with performance.

2020

Trust My Group was created to bring all ventures under one umbrella, setting the stage for a new era of growth.

2021

Listening to the industry once again, we launched our own insurance product. Market research showed travel businesses needed more than trust — they needed comprehensive insurance cover.

2022

Building on the success of our risk analysis products and strong insurer partnerships, TMU Management was launched as an independent MGA, delivering embedded insurance solutions.

2023

Sami Doyle was appointed CEO of TMU Management, part of Trust My Group. Will Plummer remained CEO of Trust My Group and CEO of Repayd, while Matt Bush continued to serve as CEO of the Group.

2025

We rebrand. Our story is simplified and shared with the world, reflecting how we have grown into a global brand and a leader in financial protection. Repayd is launched as the dedicated Travel Merchant Account, replacing Trust My Travel, while TMU expands its products beyond travel into payment institutions and FX. Today, we are a team of more than 25 with offices in the UK, Canada, Spain, South Africa, USA, and UAE — united by one mission: empowering resilience through financial protection.
